MEET

Camille Lira PT, DPT

Camille is a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. She takes pride in helping both athletes and everyday individuals move better, recover faster, and feel their best.

A lifelong athlete, Camille’s passion for physical therapy began after tearing her ACL while playing basketball—an experience that gave her firsthand insight into the challenges of recovery, rehabilitation, and returning to peak performance.

Her approach focuses on treating the body as a whole, using a global assessment of the musculoskeletal system to address joints, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and soft tissue. Camille integrates manual therapy techniques—including joint mobilizations, cupping, dry needling, IASTM, and assisted stretching—with individualized exercise to restore function and prevent future issues.

In addition to physical therapy, Camille offers specialized recovery services that go beyond “feel-good” massage. Her treatments aim to relieve tissue restrictions, improve circulation, and optimize mobility—benefiting everyone from competitive athletes to those who stand long hours, travel frequently, or simply want to move without pain.

Camille’s ultimate goal is to help people recover, perform, and live with greater freedom and confidence.
